The Delaware Mile Challenge was a tremendous event hosted by Tatnall with several goals.  First and foremost to thank the generous donors who made our recent track renovation project a success and to remove Delaware from the list of the six remaining states who have never had a four minute mile run on their soil.  Mission accomplished as Tatnall Alumnus, Sam Parsons '12 won the race and running 3:58.17 to make history in front of a crowd of a 1000 people.  In addition to this highlight race was the Elite women's race which was won by Molly Sughroue of Colorado with a time of 4:34.56!  Earlier in the evening The high school boys and girls miles were contested. Teddy Davey '25 became the newest member of the sub 5 club at Tatnall running 4:58.37 and Nic Pizarro ’22 was the winner of the Delaware Mile Challenge High School Boys Division with a time of 4:17.67!
