Niles Commodore ’24 was 2nd Team All-State for his dominant performance at the State Swimming Championship. Niles finished 6th in the 100 Fly and 11th in the 100 Breast. Beyond his individual events, Niles was also a key factor in the success of the Boys relays. Anchoring both the 200 Free Relay and the 400 Free Relay, Niles came from behind in both relays to win the consolation heat and place 9th.
Anna Hammerschmidt ’26 had an outstanding performance in her first State Swimming Championship. Hammerschmidt placed 13th in the 200 IM and 12th in the 100 Breast. She was 1 of only 2 8th graders in the state to qualify for finals in individual events and was the top point scorer among all 8th graders at the State Meet.
