Last Thursday, Field Hockey was charged up to face Tower Hill on their home turf. The Hornets took care of the Hillers with ease as our defense and goalie successfully kept them from getting any points on the board with a final score of 3-0.
Unfortunately, on Tuesday, October 19, our girls battled hard against a formidable opponent in Archmere. Ultimately, losing the match 1-0. After being scored on early, we could not find the back of the cage despite great effort and skillful playing.
Our girls are currently 9-3 and look forward to an excellent Homecoming match against Wilmington Friends on Saturday, October 23, where we will also celebrate our wonderful seniors.
