Last Thursday, our Boys Soccer team had a competitive conference battle against Tower Hill. Our boys showed heart as the score was tied 1-1 at the half. However, our boys just couldn’t answer despite controlling the ball well offensively. The Hornets ended up walking away with a tough loss 3-1.
Following this conference match, our boys had little rest to match up against a solid Archmere team on Monday, October 18. As usual, our boys gave a consistently strong effort and never quit. They possessed the ball well and created and capitalized on solid passing combinations. Unfortunately, time ran out, and the Hornets lost 4-2.
Our boys are 3-6-1 and emboldened to get a big W against Wilmington Friends for Homecoming on Saturday, October 23.
